Dr. Satyendra Baswal is a senior officer of Rajasthan Accounts Service. He is a graduate from Veterinary College, Bikaner.

Earlier he has worked as Veterinary Officer and Development Officer. Prior to the present post of Accounts Service, he has worked in Treasury Office, Heritage Conservation Authority and Animal Husbandry Department.

He has special interest in reading and sports.

Dr. Alok Kumar Srivastava is basically Professor of political science, who tries to understand politics within the scope of its cultural geography, history and social milieu. He did his BA Honors in Economics and then M.A. in Political Science from the University of Rajasthan. He received M.Phil and Ph.D. degrees from this University on the studies of Secularism. Dr. Srivastava’s articles on Gandhi-vision, Indian Modernity, Gender issues etc. have been published in reputed journals and books.

He has been using the mediums of literature and culture to share his theoretical understanding of politics with the common people. He has scripted and conducted Youth Parliament sessions at the national level. He has been constantly addressing the students on Film appreciation. In his writing and teaching, streams of literature, cinema and politics unite to become a practice of creativity.

Dr. Ratan Singh Shekhawat has been in the field of Media Academics since last one decade and teaches Journalism and Public Relations. He has done his PhD in Public Relations and Digital Media from University of Rajasthan. Dr. Shekhawat has completed his Masters in Mass Communication from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar (Haryana). He has trained in Journalism from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), New Delhi.

Dr. Neelam Upadhyay is Professor of Political Science and an experienced academic administrator. She has a keen grip on the day-to-day management, coordination and organization of educational institutions. Dr. Upadhyay received her M.A., M.Phil. and Ph-D degrees from University of Rajasthan. She was selected for the Post Doctoral Research Award by the University Grants Commission, under which she worked on the topic "Education and Women Empowerment in Rajasthan".

So far, Dr. Upadhyay has got published more than ten books and various research papers in reputed journals on various subjects. She has also presented several papers in National and International level Seminars. She has also served in the Language Department, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, National Higher Education Campaign, Rajasthan State Open School etc.

She has a special interest in gardening.
