This certificate programme in video editing is a career-oriented course that aims to provide basic and theoretical knowledge of video editing to the students along with making them proficient in handling tools and techniques of video editing software. Students will get training in new creative techniques of the art of video editing during this course. The course will impart updated knowledge of video editing and will develop basic skills of video editing with interactive applications. All the inventive aspects of video editing like linear editing, non-linear editing, professional editing, camera basics, compositing, graphics, lighting, and special effects will be covered in this course. After completing this course students will be able to build their career as a video editor at Doordarshan, Private Channel, Post Production Studio, Production Houses, Music Production, Advertising Agency, Social Media Platforms, Documentary Production and Advertisement etc. Students can persuade their careers as free-lance video editors also.
